Here you will find DAA's great recipes for Smart Eating - delicious, healthy meals and snacks that are quick and easy to prepare. The recipes are selected from those suggested by our members and partners. They use both fresh and prepared foods and are consistent with the Dietary Guidelines for Australians and DAA's own recipe guidelines. Dietitians recommend eating a wide variety of foods each day - that's Smart Eating. DAA Members can now submit their best recipes online!
