- Nutrition Manual, 2009 Edition A concise, practical manual with: easy to follow guides to special diets, comprehensive Food Choices Charts and suggested menus. - Easy Family Eating for Healthy Kids (November 2007) This brochure highlights that healthy eating habits need to involve the whole family and includes practical information and tips for parents and carers to help get their families eating better.
